Account & Registration

This is one of the most common questions on the Citynow FAQ page. To open an account, you'll need an active mobile number or email address, a strong password, and your correct date of birth. Registration is completely free and takes just 2–3 minutes. Click here to register here.

Each person may register only one account on Citynow. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended. This rule is strictly enforced to maintain a fair and safe gaming environment.

For KYC verification, you'll need to upload a scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport. A selfie photo may also be required. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Without it, withdrawal limits may apply.

Deposits & Withdrawals
