1 Eligibility & Registration

Age Restriction

The minimum age to participate on Citynow is 18. We reserve the right to verify a member's age at any time. If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately and all winnings forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Management

Keeping your Citynow account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.

Login & Security

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact our support team. Citynow will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or email. Any such request is a sign of fraud.

KYC Verification

For security and legal compliance, Citynow verifies member identities through KYC. KYC documents may be requested before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.

• A clear photo of your National ID or passport.
• The name on your mobile banking account must match your registered name.
• Large withdrawals will be held until KYC verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on Citynow are fully secure and fast. We support the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Withdraw

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager a specified amount — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you need to bet 10 times the bonus amount.

• The wagering completion period is typically 7 to 30 days.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots count 100%, Live Casino counts 20%.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse will result in account termination.
